The site of 10 acres is in Karen, primarily a residential suburb of Nairobi whose usage is residential.
Local authorities and residents requested a low rise, low density development with high sustainability credentials including rainwater harvesting and waste water recycling. The development consists of 4 two storey blocks located at the perimeter of the site overlooking a large lake which contains a common outdoor lounge and meeting building.
All trees on site are retained and the local ecosystem, in particular the landscape and the wildlife have been ensured security and preservation.
The project was awarded the Best Office Development in Africa by the YAMAHA Cooperation.
