The Architect is traditionally the Team leader of the Project Consultancy Team. The Architect develops the Client’s brief into concept sketches, and then into full design drawings and details. These are then circulated to all the Consortium Consultants for their individual input into the Project. Drawings are all then continually interchanged through a series of Design Team Meetings, until they are developed sufficiently for the Quantity Surveyos to produce their Bills of Quantities ready for tendering.
It is the Architect’s responsibility to co-ordinated all aspects of the Architectural, Structural and Engineering Services Design throughout the Project.
